Sandy Camp Outing

We’ll meet at the carpark on Sandy Camp Road opposite the school sports fields. The walk will be for about 2 hours along a flat and easy-going trail. We can expect to see waterbirds and lowland forest birds plus a nesting Osprey. There is no toilet at the site. Please bring sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, a chair and refreshments.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the bird walk. A stroll before the Christmas break in one of Brisbane’s best birding locations.
