Directions: Entry via Mackney, Tinney and Phelps Roads in Upper Caboolture and McLoughlin and Williamson Roads in Morayfield.
Located approximately 6 kms south-west of Caboolture, consists of 231 hectares of open forest, with smaller sections of closed forest closer to the creek. Sheep Station Creek (a tributary of the Caboolture River) flows through the park and
contains remnants of riparian rainforest. Sites of cultural heritage significance include Aboriginal markings and a wooden bridge, which was once part of the original road from Brisbane to Gympie.
Conservation of native plants and animals is very important, especially among the current urban expansion. This area is for bushwalking, nature observation and horse riding.
