From Beaudesert head south along Mount Lindsey Hwy. Turn left onto Innisplain Road which continues as Running Creek Road at Rathdowney turnoff. Continue straight ahead, dodnt go to Rathdowney.
The caampground has a small flat area and the rest is sloping. So bring your levellers if in a van etc. Clean toilets, no showers, several covered tables, byo water.
Running Creek Road becomes the historic Lions Road and as the name suggests was built by the Lions Club in the 1970’s.
I haven’t been able to contact the caretaker as yet, but last time I visited it was $10 a night. Will confirm when able.
