Harding’s Paddock

Directions: The address is Carmichaels Road, Goolman. Exit
the Cunningham Highway at Yamanto and turn onto the Ipswich-Boonah Road. Drive
approx. 5 km until you reach Carmichael Road and then turn left. After a short
distance, the road is unsealed. Continue to follow it turning right and then
left until you reach the entrance to Harding’s Paddock. Parking available.
Check the boards at the site for the various tracks.

Excellent for a wide range of bush birds of dry eucalyptus open forest
and lower storeys and some waterbirds. Gamlen Circuit is a popular birding route.
Predominantly dry eucalyptus open forest and permanent water as well as creek-side vegetation.

Several picnic shelters, BBQ, toilets (wheelchair accessible).
